Baji Games Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players' Complete Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Baji Games. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Baji Games ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the Baji Games website, mobile interface and services accessible at bajigames.bet.

By completing registration on Baji Games, accessing any game, making a deposit or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

3. Account Registration

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted one Baji Games account only. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person — whether by matching identity documents, device fingerprint, IP address, payment details or any other signal — all secondary accounts will be closed and any balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to review.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji Games password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Baji Games does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your Baji Games wallet instantly for all supported methods.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within five minutes. Accounts pending KYC review may experience delays.
• Baji Games reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk or fraud detection thresholds.
• Funds derived from bonus wagering are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before withdrawal eligibility applies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Baji Games offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise in writing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded on Baji Games carry a standard wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must wager a total of Rs 10,000 on eligible games before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and certain games may contribute 0%.
• Bets placed during a system error or using funds from a different bonus are not counted toward wagering requirements.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including software errors, disconnection events, or server interruptions — Baji Games reserves the right to void any affected bets. In such cases, stakes wagered during the malfunction period will be returned to the player's account. Baji Games is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated during a malfunction period.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

Baji Games reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. In live dealer games, all bets are final once the dealing animation begins. In sports or virtual sports events, bets placed after the event's official start time are void unless explicitly accepted by the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji Games. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation:

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Suspension & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Baji Games

Baji Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without advance notice in circumstances including: confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to provide KYC documents within a reasonable time, or any activity that poses legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after investigation, unless there is a legal reason for them to be withheld.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Baji Games account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus funds expire on account closure.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of Baji Games — including game outcomes, payment processing or bonus calculations — please follow this process:
